This is a six week course of six one hour lessons with the first lesson being a taster session for you to see if Nordic Walking is for you, during which time we will begin learning the first technique points of the 10 step British Nordic Walking Technique.
Please wear comfortable clothes, suitable walking shoes and dress according to the weather. Poles are provided.
This first session is free, but booking is required. To secure a place for the remainder of the course payment needs to be made up front before the second session, either by bank transfer or by cheque, details are given in the booking form below.
If you cancel 14 or more days in advance, we will offer you a full refund. After this time, we will only be able to offer a refund, if we manage to fill your place or it can be transferred to a different date.
NB This course will only go ahead if there are a minimum of four people on the course. After completing this course, you will then be able to join any of our regular walks, appropriate to your fitness level.
