This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique Beginners Course and enjoy walking at a gentle to moderate pace. This class will last 1 hour, and will accommodate the needs of the participants. You will be able to refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique. You will also have the opportunity to take part in exercises to assist in balance and posture.
Please wear comfortable clothes and either trainers or a pair of waterproof walking shoes. Poles will be provided.
This six week course can be booked as a block of six sessions for £45 payable by bank transfer (see booking form below for bank details and cancellation policy). The course runs up to and includes Thursday 27th December.
